Young Adults
Are you age 18-35 and struggling to figure life out? Are you dealing with anxiety, depression and/or questioning your future? If so, you are not alone. Rates of anxiety and depression are skyrocketing in this age group. It was estimated that pre-pandemic, approximately 70% of those age 18-35 reported struggling with anxiety. In September 2020, it was said that approximately 1 in 4 college age young adults considered suicide. These years are formative for figuring out who you are, what's important to you and what you want out of your life. It is also a time of confusion and often pressure from yourself as well as others like family and friends.
Most of my therapy experience has been focused on this age group. I absolutely love to be a part of the therapy journey with young adults as you heal from painful experiences of your past, address the root causes of depression and/or anxiety, and figure out who you are and what you want out of life. I would be honored to work with you if you are in this age group.
I look forward to hearing from you!
